"if they are looking for a five-star dining experience, they look elsewhere. pho country has a waitress focused on the business and they get what they need (they are friendly enough and always helpful). the menu is easy to read with a clearly marked vegetarian section and they can ask what is vegan. if they ask for tofu pho with sweetheart, they make it, although it is not clear on the menu. the best they offer are the tofu spring rolls. they can also call and run forward, but there is never a waiting time, even if they are very busy and service is very fast"
