"Although the food was good. I don't think I will go there anymore. The customer service was terrible. I was at the counter and the person taking orders over the phone seem to have issues with the callers. He sounded very rude and when I he gave me my food he just put it up on the counter and walked away. Very disrespectful in my eyesight. Terrible. I gave it a 2 just for the food. Also the lady standing up there never turned around to acknowledge me and when she went to get something from the back, she never even looked my way to even say hello. I work in a restaurant and we have fantastic customer service. They suck."

"I understand the pandemic hurt a lot of business bur wow they raised their prices 40% -50% that's insane. Their chicken wings with PFF went from 5.25 to 7.75, their boneless ribs 7.25 to 10.00. Business seen to forget consumers are hurting too."

The lobster was amazing and other food was good too. The staff were very nice and they always deliver food on time. "I dunno what everyone else's experiences have been, but we've been ordering from these folks for awhile. They've been nothing but unfailingly polite and the food is always restaurant quality. Only one time have they ever been untimely. Easily the best bargain this side of town, and extremely affordable."

"H3. Teriyaki Steak did not have teriyaki flavor at all the beef extremely weird and undercooked. The 18. Chinese Donut however does taste good."

"Shrimp w. Broccoli had 5 pieces of shrimp in it. I normally get a small anywhere else and I get way more shrimp not worth the $10 the crab 4. Crab Rangoon (8) was super sweet and runny. Shrimp eggrolls were very dry with no seasoning whatsoever hardly any shrimp at all."

"I have no idea why there are some bad reviews on this lovely cozy place. This is by far the best, freshest Chinese food in the town. The new cashier always serve me nicely with a smiley welcome face. I could tell that she works hard for it. I suggest theowner could increase her salary."
