"I am always disappointed when I visit this restaurant as they consistently forget to include items with my order, which is quite frustrating. Most recently, when I ordered crab Rangoon, I realized that the dipping sauce was missing. When I called to inquire about it, I was informed that there was an additional charge for the sauce, even though it was not listed on the menu. This was the first time I had been asked to pay extra for sauce at this establishment."
