"This restaurant has been our favorite for a few years now, but I believe they have taken on more than they can handle. I placed an order at 5:20 last night and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Since I work about an hour away, I placed the order before leaving work. When I arrived an hour later to pay, I was told that my food was still cooking with no time estimate. I decided to wait, assuming it would be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting another hour before my food was finally ready at 7:15. The food was delicious, but after working a 12-hour day and traveling an hour to get there, I did not want to spend another hour waiting for food that was promised to be ready in 45 minutes. I believe their partnership with food delivery services like Doordash and Grubhub may be taking a toll on their ability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If they prioritize app orders over direct calls, I will have to find another place to dine. Waiting two hours for a two-meal order is unacceptable."
