"Used Charles Fast Foods to cater a taco bar for a large family gathering in June 2021. Everyone was blown away by the taste and authenticity of the food especially the asada and al pastor tacos with their wonderful salsas. The homemade chips and guacamolewere a huge hit and a must add. Everyone was beyond stuffed and we had plenty of leftovers. The server was on time, friendly andefficient and got the grill going and the food was ready right at the agreed upon time. I won?t hesitate to use Jose Charles forcatering needs in the future and you shouldn?t either."
