"Worst food in town. Need to be close down. I ordered Eggs Foo young, rice overcooked blan. Honey wings over powering with sauce. Dry out egg roll and old they need to be thrown in the trash. The meal needed to be put in the garage can. I will never eat there again. Would not recommend anyone to eat there."

"I had my food delivered via DoorDash. Cream cheese wontons, spare ribs, sesame chicken.I was excited to try, due to so many great reviews.I don’t get it, my food was not good. The spareribs were tough and devoid of any flavor and the same for the sesame chicken. The chicken had a freezer burn aftertaste. The only flavor was the slight sauce covering it.I threw the leftovers away, it was that bad.I am sorry for such a bad review but it is honest."

"Someone call the Health Department this place is going to make someone sick!!!! The food was tasteless the 2 people working were very rude and lazy! As seen in the pictures I attached this place was very very dirty. The glass dividers filthy tables sticky and greasey. Under the tables rotten food baseboards covered with rotten food and spilled drinks. This use to be one of our go to spot now never again it has been left to go down hill.CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!"

"The service was a little uneven but like a lot of other restaurants, I think they are understaffed. The food was spicy as indicated on the menu. Some restaurants really don't have spicy food. There weren't many dine-in customers while we were there. The table area looked empty . There was a lot of take out which ,to me, is a sign that people like the food but just don't want to eat out. I'm glad we found the Royal Palace. We will return when we're back in the area."

"Needs to upgrade customer service. I came in and told the lady I wanted a table. She looked at me for a bit, told me to hold on and then went and took an order for a table. I stood at the front entrance feeling like an idiot. She could have easily seated me before taking the tables order. I left because I didn't feel respected here. Too bad, I really wanted to taste the food, but judging by the customer service and other reviews here, I don't think I missed a lot."
