"I placed my order on the Thai Basil website mid afternoon for a 6:15 pick up. They received a text at 5:45 saying it was being prepared. I arrived to pick it up at 6:15 after receiving a text saying my order was ready. When I arrived no order was waiting. I waited for a while as they looked very busy but then asked as was informed they were making it. I ended up waiting for my food until 6:55 almost 1 hours of waiting. I asked how could I avoid this in the future and they said don’t order when it is so busy. This was not a good customer experience and as I was waiting for that hour I saw people come in, order and receive food. I understand things can happen and orders maybe missed but they did not seem to care about my hour wait and did not offer way to rectify the mistake. I will have to find a reliable Thai food restaurant now."

"Wow! This place was excellent! My wife and I drove by and decided to stop for dinner. We asked the owner to propose a dish and he recommended the special kua kling a spicy pig with Thai chili paste from which we had never heard and it was AWESOME! We also ordered the drunk noodles that were excellent and finished with the sticky rice and Mango Dessert, which was raised. The food here is authentic, but this place is probably not known. It's such a jewel! We're definitely back?"

"Would have given 5 stars because the food was AMAZING but we found a small hair in the egg roll sauce ?. The egg rolls were seriously one of the best egg rolls I have ever eat. They were so crispy and delicious. The cream cheese wontons were huge and very good. My friend had the drunken noodles with the scallops. She said they were amazing. I had the pad thai with alittle heat added. It was delicious. Id say a perfect pad thai. I will definit go back, but I just couldn't give 5 stars because of the hair! Maybe next time."
