"We had made a reservation for 7:45 pm and arrived early at 7:15 pm. Despite there being many empty tables, we were informed that we needed to wait. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one arriving or leaving, we were finally seated. We were also told that we did not need a reservation for Saturday brunch, so we arrived at 10 am to find only a few people in the restaurant and were able to be seated with no issue. However, on Sunday at 10 am, we were once again met by the same hostess or manager who asked if we had a reservation. When we said no, she informed us that we would have to wait at the bar despite there being plenty of available tables and very few people in the restaurant. We found this to be incredibly poor service and decided to leave. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

"We made a reservation for 745 pm and got there early at 715. There were a ton of empty tables. We told we had to wait. We waited for 20 minutes. No one came and no one left. She sat us 20 minutes later. We were told we did not need reservations for brunch on Saturday. We got there at 10. There were just a few people in there. We ate no problem. On Sunday, we also got there at 10 am . Very few people in there. The same hostess or manager on duty asked if we had a reservstion. I said no. She said we would have to wait at the bar. I said there are lots of tables available. She said we have reservstions coming in. I said but there is no one here here now and there is no one behind me. I totally understand if there are people with reservation in line waiting behind me. The place was near empty. I found this to be Incredibly poor service. Why would you not seat 2 people right now on the spot while no one is waiting ? We left and will not be back."
