"I originally went to midtown crossing this evening to have the fajitas in pa mas, but discovered that they were closed on Sunday and Monday. I have already paid for the parking lot, and I am a little lazy and did not feel like too foot very, so I went in ray’s. I have to sit down and a waitress was there in seconds with a menu. I have a pepsi and poured over the menu. it was at 5:30 o'clock and the happy hour specials were on. Unfortunately, the curly qs and tumbler rings were outside, so I went with the good old cheese curds. they were just the correct amount of crispy and reminded me more of the cheddars than the other local places. this place is obviously known for its wings. they had rated like 18 aromen from hottest to non-est. I don't heat. So I went with three of the bases. he has a 5 wing basket, each of the honey bbq, sesam teriyaki and the lemon pfeffer dry rub. the honey bbq was my favorite of the 3, and the teriyaki second. the lemon pepper was a bit too brownish for me. the dry ruin overpowered the huh and made me feel parched. 2 big glasses pepsis went like a fat child on a saw while I was there. I also have the house salad. lettuce was fresh, ranch was decent and not exaggerated. would have been better in some larger pieces and a larger quantity. (I like red planks in salates) the prices were very reasonable and it was a good choice for me."
