"This must have been a bad day because my fish and chicken was terrible. The chicken wings had no flavor and the corn meal on the catfish was not cooked all the way. We ended up throwing it all away. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone was very rude. He didn't care at all and never apologized for my bad experience, which also cancels out the advertising spend of the owner. When you factor in the acquisition cost of a customer along with the fact that I will never go to this location again, this becomes an expensive loss to the owner by someone who simply didn't care. I also plan to make this known to Khalid Hourani, the President of the corporate holding company. I guarantee that he will not support this egregious behavior."
