"I went there during lunch since my car was being worked on next door. The staff was friendly and my eggplant parm sub was good as well as a big enough portion that you might be able to save some for later if you have a modest appetite like me or plenty if you are really hungry. I might recommend delivery rather than dine in since it's a little warm from the kitchen. But overall, I'd say it's a good local business and the people who work there really seem to care about what they do and I overheard them doing special orders for another customer as well. So, I'd say try it if you haven't yet. Also, they are clearly American born people and fluent in English. I don't know who said they didn't, but I'd say that review was probably a bot or a meat puppet"
