"I’ve been trying to get into this place for a year as it was recommended by someone. Finally managed to get there when it was open and nearly had a heart attack when I saw the prices. $17for a slice of cake! I wanted to leave immediately but the lady was welcoming kind so would have felt bad by turning around, so decided to buy a creme brulee $12.52) It is extremely overpriced not to my taste I know, each to their own). At 13:30 was only a few slices of cake in the fridge. Wish the the place would be better decorated the atmosphere more welcoming. I felt like I was in a back entrance off a staff kitchen, not a place in NY. Very disappointed."
