"We usually have no problems with Mel's, but today we have all kinds of problems. The meat in my patty melt was boiled as raw and cold. The same for my daughter's Cheeseburger. The chesseburger had what looked like a whole salad wedge on it. While the fries of my granddaughter were overseasonal, our very low seasonally and hardly warm. The restaurant was not crowded, so it's not like the kitchen was behind it. The staff was great. Quickly missed, drinks delivered relatively quickly, and orders within minutes of sitting. Very disappointed."
