"After living in the South Bay for 30 years and backpacking throughout Vietnam, this Pho restaurant has become my reliable go-to spot. The pho broth has mass appeal, not too rich but just right, with quality tender meats and fresh veggies in a good portion size. My only complaint is that they could include more broth in the Large size, but they do offer extra cups for a fee, which I always purchase. Surprisingly, their Vietnamese sandwiches are better than some sandwich shops, and overall everything on the menu is delicious. They also open at 8am, making it a rare and excellent option for breakfast."
