"I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time, they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner."

"Food was ok. Maybe I'll have to try their burritos someone to see if those are good, but their chicken had nothing unique about it. They ran out of chicken legs but didn't tell us until our order was ready. That would have been nice to know when I was placing my order."

"El Pollo Loco is straight up comfort food for me, I've been going ever since I remember and moving to Utah I'm glad they have a few here! Everything on the menu is pretty good, but you can never go wrong with just the chicken and some sides. Also make sure to get the avocado salsa, it is seriously addicting"

"During hours we were told our order was to go because they were cleaning early. We asked about a food allergy issue and the employees would not even check our concerns. We were traveling from out of state and had to eat in the car instead of enjoying a dinner. Thank you Salt Lake El Pollo Loco we will not be back.
