"I didn't want to believe the countless bad reviews in this place, so I decided to order. What I got in return was rotten tasting potatoes and a false side order. I LOVE crowned fried chicken franchise, but this place is one of the few who ruins the name of it. Please, all you need to do is put labels on everything and track their last usable date and their temperature to prevent poisoning someone with food . and if you cook something, use the thermometer to KNOW it hit 165°F Each chicken or stuffed product must 165°F fish and bottom 145°F its tumble not ready to eat food with bare hands, clean your hands first or put you clean. Do not have dirty gloves to get the phone or something else next to the first thing you touch ready to eat cold vegetables at 41°F 55°F All ready to eat hot kept food at 135°F for only 4 6 hours max. Just take your work seriously Get a thermometer and go every hour and try to check everything if it was an hour to fix the temperature problem when there are 2 hours of THROW IT AWAY. If you have the chicken USE the STOPWATCH 15 minutes check with thermometer for 165°F. If you mashed the potatoes that milk and butter really well and slowly supplement the potato mix While its in the fire, do not heat the milk then take it off and put it in another container to mix it cold and not properly cook!
