"I placed an online order for pickup at the store. I waited about 30 minutes before heading to the store and received a notification that my order was ready. When I arrived at the store, I waited for 8 to 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me, even though they had walked right in front of me. I provided my name, and was informed that my order was not ready and that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes because the employees at this location seemed more focused on socializing with each other. When I finally received my order after a long wait, I realized that my voodoo fries were missing, even though I had already paid for them. When I informed the front desk girl, she became upset with me for receiving the wrong order. She quickly checked the bag herself and informed me that I would have to wait longer for the fries. Overall, the customer service at this restaurant is disappointing. Additionally, the female employee uniforms are very revealing, exposing a large portion of their stomach area while they are preparing food in the kitchen. This raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness."
