"I was disappointed in the service today. The food was okay and when my boyfriend and I walked in, we were ignored for five or more minutes. The employee did not even look up or acknowledge our presence. It seemed like she was making a bowl for an online order. What would have made it better is a simple Hi, I 'll be with you guys in a minute. Even when we had our order taken, she just took the sheet from us and told us our total. We weren 't even greeted. I noticed the scoops for fish/protein got smaller (my bowl was mostly rice) and she put fried garlic instead of the fried onions we asked for as a topping. The amount of each topping in the bowl were small and even the amount of poke sauce in the bowl didn 't seem like a lot. The tuna my boyfriend ordered didn 't taste or look fresh, it had a dull color and odd texture. My craving for good poke was not satisfied and unfortunately, I don 't think I 'll be coming back here."
