"when I saw mofongo in the window advertised, I was curious and thought I was trying. it wasn't what I expected. When I opened the takeout dish, I immediately knew that this was not all I expected to taste the taste profile of mofongo and look like. I ate it, but was confused because it was like eating bark meat and brokkoli, except that it roasted boars without rice, because the sputtered plantains was the place of the rice. it was very saucy as it should be when it was rice. if they are in this taste profile, then they have it."
