"Used to be a huge pluckers fan, but the wait times have gotten unbearable, which really brings down the whole experience, the wait times are often over an hour, and once you get inside, it doesn’t get much better. I literally watched a party of 5 sweet talk their way ahead of the line. I’ve given the Grapevine, Alliance, and Arlington locations a “second chance”, but I refuse to wait two hours for chicken tenders. The food is always cold and it takes 45mins to an hour to fry up chicken. Glad they are popular and busy, but disappointed that my favorite wing place is no longer what it was. Thanks for the experiences, but I won’t be returning."
