"The staff was extremely friendly. When I placed my food order online, I didn't see an option for "extra well done" so I called the restaurant and they accommodated my request. When I arrived at the restaurant, they were very busy because it was the weekend, but the staff remained friendly and cool, even though some customers were rude due to the 40-minute wait. The manager handled the situation nicely and professionally. This team definitely knows what they're doing."
