"I used to order from chen's chinese all the time. The portions were crazy large, the food was good, the delivery time was excellent, it was fresh, and had a lot of variety. However, the last few times it declined greatly in quality. The time before last, it took over an hour and forty-five minutes to get here, the food was burnt, cold, and leaking everywhere. The delivery driver was apologetic and said his boss sometimes accepts orders later than he is supposed to, and the system was down, etc. We literally had to throw away the extremely burnt sauteed nappa (pics included. The sauce is not supposed to be black) and the braised pork belly(didnt think to take a pic before tossing it). The restaurant offered no replacement or compensation. I took a long break from chens. I was about to change my review to 1 star when someone offered to buy me dinner for game of thrones night. The food was fresh and prepared well. Going to try it again, and hopefully the food is edible."
