"I don't think I ordered Hibachi Dog, but it's what I got! When I returned with my full plate and ask for them to make something else because it did not taste right, she refused. When I ask for my money back, she refused. I was told there was nothing wrong with my food and I was the problem? I have worked in food service before and I know that anytime a costumer complains you go out of your way to help satisfy the customer. I've eaten here on multiple occasions with no complaints, but today the food was just not good. Asking for a new dish or a refund should not have been an issue. I spent $10 with a $2 tip on something that I did not eat and was treated horribly."
