"The staff at this restaurant were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Although one item was missing due to it being late, it didn't matter because everything was so yummy. The Chef and staff made sure that our order was properly packaged with all the necessary condiments and silverware. We would definitely order from here again. The only downside was that there wasn't an option to tip online, but even when we only had a few bucks in cash, the staff were grateful and understanding. It was refreshing to have such accommodating and kind individuals serving us. Thank you to the evening staff for their kindness and hospitality. We appreciate you all and wish you peace and love."

"When I came through the door, I realized the movements of a well-trained team, each doing a job and the last teamwork for everyone who comes short. eating is as always a point, the prices are good for the whole family to dinner together. the staff that curtis was very professional and cheerful was a pleasure to eat at Dennys. stop them by being happy to serve them, they will experience a beautiful time."

"4.5s 5/10/22 Dine in Good, attentive and friendly service. Taking 1/2 star only for the overly generous salt cook added on many (not all) of the nice, hot fries. Individuals that like more salt and/or pepper can add to their taste from containers of each at the table. Super Bird grilled turkey sand. and hot, fresh coffee with creamers very good. To go (for another) I was told burger fries were good. Sad, new menu no longer has Philly Cheese Steak sandwich."

"Staff taking order and checking on it was great. However at the 40 minute mark I asked how much longer might it be. Was then told after staff once again consulted with kitchen personnel they were out of chicken strips. At this point my 2 year old granddaughter was falling asleep after waiting so long. Asked to just bring what they had as we needed to leave. Our food was good, as always, minus the out of stock chicken strips. They were busy and I felt we had been very patient as I only asked once when our order might be ready. My concern was they obviously knew they were out of the strips and have could let us know as we placed our order. They have plenty of other things to order. Every one is working short staffed these days. We expected to have a wait. However our 45 minute wait could have been shorter if kitchen staff communicated better with wait staff. Did call the manager just to give him a heads up. He graciously offer a couple of chicken strip dinners when they received their new stock. I declined as we were fine, had food to eat but felt he needed to be aware of the situation."

"if I could leave a -5, I would. I came to dinner and was greeted with hostility. lady asked how many and my fiancée two said while I was standing behind him, reacted to an important text about a family member, and the hostess declined from being on my handy. not sure why what I'm doing on my phone is important when we still react with them and interact with them but go on. looked down at our stand and I am up and down immediately. pay their personal better and rent them more people so that these workers are not stressed and tired so that we can get better customer service!"

"Look the other day I was craving some Dennys, so I went ahead and went. When I say I had the best waitress ever I had the BEST! Her name is Anna George Her hospitality made chic fa la customer service look ghetto. I'm not lying !! I felt like a king fr like she made sure i was good all the round, even made sure I use to the bathroom and everything. I never went to a restaurant and felt like royalty. She was well mannerism all the way around and she Carrie's this energy that make u feel welcomed. I swear this the best waitress ever !!"

"waited over 45 minutes after ordering to get food. we could hear the chefs and waiters who complain about the orders to go, and the online orders. the set was that we have to take off something. they all complained until I said something to my server that we could complain them there were three cooks and several server. the lady behind my table said it took an hour to get her order. obviously it is the online order, that is the problem. the only bright spot was my waitress very nice and helpful and excused. I know it's not her fault. there is a series of about 10 people who try to lay, and another 15 try to sit. so sad. I stood at the front waiting to pay and had to wait almost 10 minutes and the dame ignored us. I finally asked him if we could just pay. she was a mean person who was very rude. never again. When I came out, I had two other people saying that I was right and that they would not come back. sad"

"Sad to say that this Lokarion has gone down the hill. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I have come to 3 separate locations, and every 3 times there were problems with the staff and some costumers. My last visit to the manager denied a costumer and insulted her. She told the Custumer she needed to change her attitude, or she wouldn't serve. Then the whole staff started to curse at this lady before the rest of the costumes including the children. Anyone who ever manages this restaurant must spend more time in the recruitment process or be present more often, so they can see how thier business is running. We came here at 1:30 and ordered at 145 a.m. and didn't get our food until 2:30 a.m. and everything was wrong. Will never come to this place again, even if it's down the street from my home. I prefer to make the drive to Rockwall or Rowlett than sitting here and getting bad service."

"When it comes to restaurants, we tend to focus on the basics; cleanliness and the taste of the food. This Dennys hits those marks solidly across the nation and it's no surprise that they're up to standard here. The reason for the 5 stars is the staff. As I eat my breakfast I'm watching a one woman show greet customers, take orders, and clean tables, all while smiling and giving her customers a great experience. So come in and say hi to Kacie."

"I talked with the server working last night. In the little conversation we were able to manage while she was running around. We learned that she was the only server. They only had one cook. And the manager was helping them both out. They have a staff shortage and a food shortage. The trucks just don’t have what they need I’m guessing and nobody wants to work anymore. I’d give more stars if possible. Great service from Bre, the cook and the manager. Food came out fast, it was hot and our drinks remained full! Good job you three!"

"I go to Dennys all around the country and I have to say this one was pleasant. I got the Nashville hot and like all the other dennys it was nothing like the picture on the menu but was good. My husband got brisk it all he said the brisket could be softer but was a 4 out of 5. I love the location being able to park a semi and come eat is always awesome. The service was spot on. Definitely tipping the waitress for being polite and making the environment a good one. If you read my review do me a favor and give me a follow here on google. I review a ton of restaurants pretty much everywhere. TIA"

"I was thoroughly impressed with this Denny's as the customer service was outstanding. There was one waitress taking care of all the customers (thank goodness it wasn't crowded). She took her time and made sure the orders were correct. Then she made milkshakes for us. Very thick, as the straw can stand up straight, and very tasty. This is the best I've had at any Denny's. We all thanked her several times for excellent service."

"We are traveling and stopped at a comfortable place to eat. It was busy and under staffed as are most places right now. They did an excellent job, inspite of their obstacles. Our food was done quickly, and was delicious. I had crepes and eggs. Done to perfection, it made it easier to resume our travels."

"I was told my order would be ready in 20 mins, it took double that time. then we get home, which was only 7 mins, the fries were soggy and they gave only a small handful, even the extra order I got was literally a small handful and I paid over $3.50 for that. will NEVER go here again. this our 3rd attempt at giving them a chance to not be bad. I dont know what happened but they have really gone down hill."

"service was exceptional; friendly and fast waitresses who couldn't have kept my coffee cup fresher or fuller. Eating was also better than I expected; I got the Fit Slam looking for a healthier alternative and was greeted with perfectly cooked eggs in spinach and tomatoes with turkey bacon and an English muffin, and a bowl of fresh fruit on the side. For a quick, inexpensive breakfast, which is delicious and served with a smile, this place is a good choice."

"I just recently went to this denny’s and must say that I was blown away from the extraordinary customer service I just received. from the moment I went, I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a water while I decided what I wanted. when I was ready to order the service was fast and the ladies were extremely sweet. I want to say jasmine a huge scream! She was amazing that she felt very welcome and even gave me a free limonade when I didn't even ask for it! She's amazing, I wish I had service like her home. a work that made lady jasmine good! I will remember the service she has provided me. my eating was absolutely amazing fresh, hot and delicious! 5 stars for this Dennys would recommend 10/10."

"As a driver that enjoys eating at Denny's period from all over the south from here to Texas and South Florida this Denny's had been the best experience of them all. The staff was friendly the food was fast and the cook knew how to cook. If you can cook my eggs over easy and my steak medium well and both of them are correct and I never run out of sweet tea that's five stars to me"
