I came to dinner and was greeted with hostility. lady asked how many and my fiancée two said while I was standing behind him, reacted to an important text about a family member, and the hostess declined from being on my handy. not sure why what I'm doing on my phone is important when we still react with them and interact with them but go on. looked down at our stand and I am up and down immediately. pay their personal better and rent them more people so that these workers are not stressed and tired so that we can get better customer service!"

"Look the other day I was craving some Dennys, so I went ahead and went. When I say I had the best waitress ever I had the BEST! Her name is Anna George Her hospitality made chic fa la customer service look ghetto. I'm not lying !! I felt like a king fr like she made sure i was good all the round, even made sure I use to the bathroom and everything. I never went to a restaurant and felt like royalty. She was well mannerism all the way around and she Carrie's this energy that make u feel welcomed. I swear this the best waitress ever !!"

"waited over 45 minutes after ordering to get food. we could hear the chefs and waiters who complain about the orders to go, and the online orders. the set was that we have to take off something. they all complained until I said something to my server that we could complain them there were three cooks and several server. the lady behind my table said it took an hour to get her order. obviously it is the online order, that is the problem. the only bright spot was my waitress very nice and helpful and excused. I know it's not her fault. there is a series of about 10 people who try to lay, and another 15 try to sit. so sad. I stood at the front waiting to pay and had to wait almost 10 minutes and the dame ignored us. I finally asked him if we could just pay. she was a mean person who was very rude. never again. When I came out, I had two other people saying that I was right and that they would not come back. sad"

"Sad to say that this Lokarion has gone down the hill. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I have come to 3 separate locations, and every 3 times there were problems with the staff and some costumers. My last visit to the manager denied a costumer and insulted her. She told the Custumer she needed to change her attitude, or she wouldn't serve. Then the whole staff started to curse at this lady before the rest of the costumes including the children. Anyone who ever manages this restaurant must spend more time in the recruitment process or be present more often, so they can see how thier business is running. We came here at 1:30 and ordered at 145 a.m. and didn't get our food until 2:30 a.m. and everything was wrong. Will never come to this place again, even if it's down the street from my home. I prefer to make the drive to Rockwall or Rowlett than sitting here and getting bad service."

"I talked with the server working last night. In the little conversation we were able to manage while she was running around. We learned that she was the only server. They only had one cook. And the manager was helping them both out. They have a staff shortage and a food shortage. The trucks just don’t have what they need I’m guessing and nobody wants to work anymore. I’d give more stars if possible. Great service from Bre, the cook and the manager. Food came out fast, it was hot and our drinks remained full! Good job you three!"

"I go to Dennys all around the country and I have to say this one was pleasant. I got the Nashville hot and like all the other dennys it was nothing like the picture on the menu but was good. My husband got brisk it all he said the brisket could be softer but was a 4 out of 5. I love the location being able to park a semi and come eat is always awesome. The service was spot on. Definitely tipping the waitress for being polite and making the environment a good one. If you read my review do me a favor and give me a follow here on google. I review a ton of restaurants pretty much everywhere. TIA"

"I was thoroughly impressed with this Denny's as the customer service was outstanding. There was one waitress taking care of all the customers (thank goodness it wasn't crowded). She took her time and made sure the orders were correct. Then she made milkshakes for us. Very thick, as the straw can stand up straight, and very tasty. This is the best I've had at any Denny's. We all thanked her several times for excellent service."

"Sung yesterday for Thanksgiving because the weather prevented me from visiting family and having their Thanksgiving Special.(see profile for a photo) The food and service were great. I even got dessert what I rarely do when I eat. The only drawback was that I found Tinfoil in my caramel panel. Not a big deal and didn't ruin my experience, but I got it on the server. They forced my dessert I didn't ask. Overall, I had such a good experience that I had a 18% tip instead of the standard 15%. Will definitely eat here again and tell my friends if they want a decent meal, not fast food every hour of the day, come to Denny's in West Lebanon."

"I was told my order would be ready in 20 mins, it took double that time. then we get home, which was only 7 mins, the fries were soggy and they gave only a small handful, even the extra order I got was literally a small handful and I paid over $3.50 for that. will NEVER go here again. this our 3rd attempt at giving them a chance to not be bad. I dont know what happened but they have really gone down hill."

Eating was also better than I expected; I got the Fit Slam looking for a healthier alternative and was greeted with perfectly cooked eggs in spinach and tomatoes with turkey bacon and an English muffin, and a bowl of fresh fruit on the side. "I just recently went to this denny’s and must say that I was blown away from the extraordinary customer service I just received. from the moment I went, I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a water while I decided what I wanted. when I was ready to order the service was fast and the ladies were extremely sweet. I want to say jasmine a huge scream! She was amazing that she felt very welcome and even gave me a free limonade when I didn't even ask for it! She's amazing, I wish I had service like her home. a work that made lady jasmine good! "My Daughter and I went for dinner. We had the mozzarella stick appetizer which was good. I got the new chicken fried chicken dinner, the chicken was moist and portions were large. Had a side of zucchini which was done on the grill and was delicious. My Daughter had a grilled chicken and rice bowl, portion was smaller but she enjoyed it. Waitress was nice, fast and efficient. I gave it 4 stars because the actual inside of the restaurant was freezing cold and the decor was bland. If they would invest in new booths, some nice pictures on the walls and just update it in general, it would make the dining experience more homey and comfortable. Prices have increased since Covid, but still within reason to take the family."

"Upon being seated, my wife and I ordered the Belgium Waffle Slam with Cokes. The waffles were undercooked. We sent them back. That took more than fifteen minutes for replacements. The replacements were burnt. You could smell that they were burnt. We asked for the check minus the waffles. Our server said that we had to wait for the manager because he was the only one authorized to take care of problem. The manager was arrogant and condescending when told of our experience there. My wife and I had been to that Denny's before so we felt confident that things would be okay. But to the contrary!!"
