"I really wanted to like this place; I read so many positive reviews here the two people at the restaurant were really nice. The food was Americanized so much that it was hard believing it was supposed to be Thai.Thai food is supposed to have bold flavours, combinations of savory, spicy, sweet, tangy—but the pad thai that I got was bland and tasted more of the cooking oil than anything else. I spent a few months in northern Thailand and every single place I went to had fantastic food, especially the street food vendors. In-On Thai has none of the things you’d expect from real Thai food. The location is nice, close to public transportation and the lake. I’d suggest you eat somewhere else though."
