Maybe because we tried to speak Chinese with her? Apparently, she has no clear understanding of tips and thinks that her client has a 15% additional fee regardless of her service. even if your service for my family only $1 I still gave a generous $5 taps. her restaurant is not safe. but the use of their customers is not the right way to turn around.
