"This review is for the girl working at the counter. First time ordering at this location and sadly this is also the most horrible experience I've ever had to deal with when it comes to this fried chicken franchise. The girl asked me if I was here to pick up or order, and was FULLY AWARE I am here to make an order. Only two other people were standing at that time, and they were standing far back. These two kind people still did let me know they were just waiting and gestured for me to go forward. I DID say clearly and nicely to the server that I am here to order when she asked me if I was here to pick up. However, she had the audacity to move over to the next register right away and immediately took the order of someone else now that a few people just entered the store at this point. Are you kidding me? Right after I told you I haven't ordered my food? Unbelievable service. Unbelievably ignorant and disrespectful worker at the front. You are supposed to be going in order, especially when customers already informed you they still have yet to make an order. To the manager and supervisor, whoever needs training you need to provide them more. This huge lack of priority and sense of awareness shown in the disinterested faces at the front who are supposed to be welcoming, fair, and hospital, is abhorrent and sad."
