"I waited half an hour for my tortillas and had to ask another waiter for them. When the bill came, I was charged the full $17.99 despite the waiter's earlier assurance about the price. When I asked him why I was charged the full amount, he completely denied saying that and gave me a lengthy explanation about not discounting orders when changes are made. When I inquired about the lack of effort in my salad, he remarked that they don’t specialize in salads. How difficult would it be to add a sprinkle of cheese or olives to the salad, especially since they use those ingredients in their taco salads? It’s frustrating—this is a restaurant; a little creativity wouldn’t hurt.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s clear that their priority isn’t customer satisfaction; they seem more focused on making money."
