"This day in particular wasn't the greatest for fast food in my experience overall. Five guys over cooking their fries, Arby's with cheese-less Mozzarella sticks, and here we are at KFC. The chicken was on par with previous experience. My only gripe was that the mashed potatoes were watery. It was about 8pm or so in the city so, close to closing. Not as good as it could have been but that's just this day in particular."

"Don’t go to this place. They are super rude and they treat you like an animal trying to be fed for free. The audacity this people have is unbelievable. They didn’t put part of my order and after I went back to explain the lobby is closed so walked to the drive up window. Everyone looked at like I was an alien and when I explained the situation to an older lady, she then looked to the manager with a rude tone and told I need to get away from this window come see what he needs. They manager has no clue and you can tell that they are ganged up on him and basically he is scared of them. Stay away and or double check your order before you leave."

"The young lady on the ride was incredible. Brittany. Love her. I bought a 3 piece with frits and a cookie. I went to the street and TRIED for dinner. Fries were cold and disgusting. I just threw out. Then I tried cookies. Cold and hard. Dropped out. Then I tried the chicken. OMG disgusting.. I never went to a KFC where I was crooked out, but this one. So I called. The On Call Manager was probably just a witch. Wouldn't listen at all. I cooked for 5 years at Publix. I know chickens. This chicken was hot, but old. It was absorbed in the fat. That's what made it gumsy. She wouldn't hear and if I was louder than she hanged.. Someone has to fix this place. Ten dollars wasted."

"I opted to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, as it had been a while since my last visit to KFC. I prefer looking at the menu in person without feeling rushed. I already knew I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich before entering the restaurant. While I browsed the menu for future cravings, I was ready to place my order. The service seemed more tailored for the drive-thru, so you'll likely get quicker service that way. The staff was busy but very courteous, asking if they could assist me. I received my order quickly and was back home in no time."

"Was not happy when I received a biscuit with no honey or butter was informed on my next visit this was not a mistake, they do not give you this unless you now ask. "? ine wrapped buildings with people waiting for orders this means that orders a little mixed a 1 item order takes longer to get. Inside is only for mobile app orders that we found out after we have been sitting in the for some time. There was only one car in front of us when we were there. After ordering a waiting time for 1 piece we notice that orders are delivered to the car behind the building. There is no way to leave the line as soon as you are in it because you are blocked between the building and high hedges. My Hubby rated the food as ok, although his side or wasn't what he wanted (the guy didn't ask which side order he wanted)."

"I visited KFC on 5 November 2021. The person who spoke to us through the thru order board drive sounded uncheerful and unwilling. We had to repeat the order. They were from the cakes, so we order something else. The Pommes looked like they cooked earlier and reheated for our orders. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The frits tasted good despite their appearance. I give the food 4 stars. Update on 27. November, I visited KFC for dinner. The ride thru person was pleasant. I ordered a chicken pot with another order. The cake was golden, crispy and delicious. I'll give KFC 5 on this trip."

"Staff were polite and competent. KFC is so expensive it seems more, but no less the food was good and properly prepared. Good job! Bread change (We forgot a cookie although reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) To be honest, I didn't give them a chance to fix it, and I'm 99.99% sure they were in a heartbeat. I only had 20 minutes to lunch. In any case, they all made great, everywhere!! Thank you."

"I was at the Roseville KFC on July 2, 2022. The guy who took my order was a nice guy. However, when I got my food, the coleslaw was missing. I was going back in line when this strange looking man walked in and asked me was I in line. I said yes but he could go before me. Bad idea. Even though he was reading his list from a small sheet of paper, it took him 10 MINUTES to read it to the cashier!!!! This joker bought $92 worth of grub!!! After that he still ordered a couple of more things!! When it was my turn again finally, some lady right next to the cashier finally opened up another line. However it seemed like she did it to spite me!! I told the guy they forgot my coleslaw and he was cool about it and gave it to me. I also ordered an extra piece of chicken and for some reason that took an extra few minutes!! Even the guy who took my order asked his coworker about the extra piece. The lady coworker asked me if I ordered the extra piece of chicken and I said yes then she said here!! Well excuse me lady!! Taking this long made me miss a chunk of a tv show I wanted to watch!! Also is it me or are there only 2 cultures that work at KFC Roseville? When I go to other fast food places in Roseville, I see a wide variety of cultures, but not at KFC!! Oh well."

"The KFC in Clarksville, IN turned my order from two Lg family meals and claimed it would be over an hour if I wanted to wait. I could hear a woman in the background that I assumed that the manager at the Snapping service tries to take my order by repeating No! No! I'm not doing this! No, we don't. Tell her we're out of the chicken. When I asked how long waiting the young girl said 30mins, but the voice in the background told her an hour to go. After this bad interaction I started to grab pizza, but instead I decided to call the KFC in Jeffersonville, IN and they apologised me for the treatment I had received in Clarksville. I am very significant and from now on my company will no longer go to the Clarksville site if we need to buy food for our employee meetings or visits."

"Drive thru was fast n efficient. Juanita was very professional while my order was prepared. Bucket for one was very hot n surprisingly VERY delicate strips. The popcorn chicken was delicious n hot. The pommes were crispy. Dr. Pfeffer was flat. But this is to be expected with coal tanks. You have to get out sometime."
