"on the way to another workstation that was stopped by krystal. car in front of us gets order and away. car in front of him still moves. lady goes in. the man comes in. I in the window and watch from the window that manager take a bag back, müll the pommes. a few minutes later a worker brings a bag with our food. 15-20 minutes later a hot bag with the same order, but the right order. we have halfway to work and there are burgers with ketchup, no cheese completely wrong. I called to let the manager know what we saw. they said they came back and give them hot and fresh. never want iever go back"

"The only place that served us so late. They were a lifesaver in more than one way! I was on a motorcycle at the drive thru. The bag containing the food tore as I took possession, spilling on the ground. My reaction was to try and save it as it fell. This caused me to lose balance of the bike and it fell , pinning my wife's leg. I wasn't strong enough to right it by myself but I was strong enough to keep it somewhat off of her. I couldn't let it go because it would have more seriously injured her leg. The guy at the window ran out and helped me right the bike. And replaced our food. Truly went above and beyond!"

"The staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and I'm not sure why. I always make an effort to be kind because I know everyone has bad days, but the young lady at the window was just awful to us. Moreover, the hamburger we ordered had a strange taste, almost like dirt in our mouths. We ended up throwing away the rest of the 12 pack combo, which came with 2 fries and 2 drinks, after only eating 4 of them."

"Worst Krystal experience ever. We began with a 45 minute wait for online, pick-up order. Upon unpacking $70 worth of Krystal we discovered that one “entrée”item was completely missing. In its place were extra orders of fries. Our chili cheese fries had no chili, and were sprinkled with unmelted, shredded cheese. On the topic of cheese, our “cheese” Krystals were not even hot enough to melt the slice of cold cheese. The fries were obviously a emergency borrow from elsewhere. They were not Krystal fries. If Krystal switched to those awful, pre-battered mistakes they should have given up."

"I wanted a sausage bowl they didn't tell me they were running out of grotten until I waited for at least 30 minutes. I'm just wondering if they can give me something else. looks like the big lady that makes the food, doesn't wear gloves and she didn't even want to give me a pancake when I wait patiently. then they have so many homeless before the restaurant and at the bus stop. then couldn't even use the toilet room because someone took the key into the toilet room and I didn't see any great."

This place has several pandemic related precautions, including a robust Plexiglas barrier, prevention visual aids, closed dining area, and named entrance and exit doors. Suggestions: -Hin a bell and a bottle of hand holding device, so customers don't have to scream to get service -From a logistic standpoint, the main entrance and exit door signs should be switched over. -If this situation is soon planned for renovation, the toilet seat must be replaced."
