"I feel like some people need to learn their customer service skills and stop being rude to people at this location. Certain a general manager or district manager needs to be in this location because I went here and the lady catrina this lady was very rude. I don't know what made her feel this way on a Monday but my car declined twice because I had to transfer money and I guess it made her mad and she brought my card back and slammed it down on the counter and told me really loud your car declined again. Then she walked away. She don't have customer service. She does not have good community service with anybody. When I asked her how much the mac and cheese was for the family size, she said I don't know. It's like 5 something or something I don't know. How do you not know and you work here again? The customer service from this lady was poor."

"The food itself was good. The staff was friendly. But I think maybe they're understated? We went through the passage. We had a number of fish in our order that we always have to wait for, no big deal. But we got our drink when we paid. We waited about 15 minutes. A little long, but okay. We get our food and go back to the street (long journey).. and we do not discover any plastic goods, no napkins.. Kind of annoying."

"NOT EVER I will still eat my family there or plan a birthday at the site in Marshall, TX again!!!! I have preordered over 125 chicken strips for a birthday party over a week before time and day when the party, NO ONE there was a hint about my preorder, not always the day or night shift manager! As I planned my children there because he wanted it! Instead, we had a birthday with NO food until almost 20 minutes before everyone went well over an hour after the start!"
