"The first time I visited Chubbys, it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing as many times I revisited with friends later. Either they were something, or there was a misunderstanding with the orders. The food is good, the servers are friendly, but it is disappointing to find out that they are from essentials such as sugar and salt. Also, we had a problem with my friend who ordered wings during the special of .75 cents a wing. He was not informed that the special request was only made for orders of 10 or more. He ordered six and paid more than a part of 10, which was very disappointing to find out the fact that the wings were his reason for coming. Even the food was always great, but small problems like these add up especially when it occurs more than once."
