"This restaurant is the real deal—it's like a little piece of South Philly transported here. They serve fantastic subs and the service is always friendly. "Horrible customer service!!! This was first and last time going, I called back to speak to a manager but was told the person who was rude that it had been his first day NO EXCUSE! And the food was just ok, wasn’t season and I had some good chicken before but this was ok. The shrimp was under cooked and the price was a bit high for a few pieces of chicken and fries."

"Omg I can’t believe Crossroads doesn’t have a solid 5 star rating?!?!?! <br/ <br/ I worked for Jeff at his other restaurant...he ABSOLUTELY DEMANDED fresh, quality food and you better give the best service possible...he was a great boss and not a bad guy either <br/ <br/ He was always there during busier hours to make sure everything was perfect. He made sure everything and everyone was clean...the food was top quality selections...I overheard him many times placing the order for food and he wanted the best grades of everything from their unmatched potato soup to the breaded catfish...<br/ <br/ Crossroads Wings can not be beat...you know how wings can have that fatty taste? I never bit into that taste once and trust me I had a million wings lol...<br/ <br/ You can ALWAYS depend on the best service and food...if not...ask for Jeff or Ted...they will certainly fix it right...<br/ <br/ Thats why people drive for hours to grab the excellent food....from fries to desserts... I don’t think you’ll be dissatisfied"

"Hands down the best lo mein period! I've tried lo mein from enough places in enough states to make that statement and their fried catfish is probably the best there is too in my opinion. Another really good choice for price, amount, and taste is the cheeseburger poboy. It's easily 2 meals for around 7 bucks after tax."

"This restaurant only offers drive-thru service. The menu is displayed outside, but there’s no intercom system, which makes ordering a bit more challenging. However, the communication is much better than at many other places. The food is incredibly fresh and prepared to order. The spices are well-balanced and not overpowering, unlike at many other establishments. Make sure to take the time to try out this place!"

"This place is a scam. I ordered pick up online and drive to the location only to find it completely deserted with old furniture and trash outside. After knocking and searching for any signs of life I ran into someone dumping trash. I asked him where the pick up window was and he explained to me that many folks had been looking for it and the place has been closed for hours.I look online to call but there is only a chat option…no response. I call my partner to tell her I can’t find our food despite being at the restaurant. She looks online to find a phone number calls it and is told by a voice in the phone…busy and is hung up on. She calls back and a different … gives her another address across the street from the actual restaurant.I go to the address and it’s dark, I see a bunch of folks next door and enter and ask about cafe no fur. A very nice guy tells me that they are also completing orders for cafe no fur but are really behind. He at least tried to give me a free drink several times. He also admitted that the whole thing was terrible.After waiting a half hour I was finally given a plastic bag of food. I can say the food was hot. I can’t say it was delicious and I’m honestly not certain it was even vegan. The curly fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil that fried fish.The son was really sweet but this was easily my worst restaurant experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"papa burger has in the really good burger. the last two times including today had hamburger meat, which was not cooked at the time of the burger. the same applies to the hot dog. it seems that the meat was cooked and left to the side. they accused me of pommes, but they were not put in the pocket. cheeseburger without cheese, hmm. brot was not even warm. this time around me, I wouldn't call it old fashioned burger. I'm sorry."
