"New to town, I've frequent this place for last two years, and let's just say the level of professionalism has gone down within year. I think employees should be properly trained on how to greet customers with a warm, welcoming, and professional tone, both in person and on the phone. They should never overtalk the customers but actively listen, and then repeat orders for accuracy. Also, no background music should ever drown out the customers especially on the phone. I recently experienced terrible customer service here. Come on, let's do better business owners. Train your employees and implement policies that enforce these standards."
