"I went on Saturday night, there were many tables available, but looks like there wasn't even enough waiter. we waited about half an hour for the waiter esa to get our drink and then after about 20 minutes it comes and says that they run out of the brisketburger so that my bf ordered something else. we had finished dessert never come, we decided to ask for the check and told the waitress we no longer replied the dessert. Cheesecake was frozen so that she could not serve it?. not sure where the segregation is here, but please try to communicate what they have or not have immediately. also rent more people!!!"

"The wings looked like they were fried in 6 month old reused grease. Skin was super dark compared to other BWW ive had in the past. Seemed like the wings sT under a heat lamp for too long. The fries were soggy and undercooked somewhat."

Waiting can be a little long because they are busy and they are underoccupied, but it is worth waiting for why you either call and order or place your order online before time and some things are done in the middle time. Staff are always pleasant many people give only negative reviews because they are impatient and they owe it all to them, but they try the best they can get with the amount of great orders they get in a day! Keep going, you do a great job"

"Honestly the worst dinning experience I?ve ever had. Not a stranger to BWW, so I know what to expect. This was just all around trash. Our waiter took our drink orders we didn?t receive our drinks until about an hr later. Even after constant reminders every time we caught a glimpse of him. Drink orders finally came were wrong. Same situation when it came to our food. Extremely late wrong. I can understand when the place is busy or the party is big but the restaurant was empty our party only had 4 people. Not to mention the table directly next to us was filthy never cleaned, the entire 3hrs we were there. After talking with the manager he apologized then walked away. He offered us nothing was quite rude in his apology. I wont be returning."

"This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and given the calorie counting not a place I recommend to visit very often. The atmosphere is sports bar with TV screens around the scope of the interior. The service is excellent. The food is good, very tasty. The wings have many coatings and several dives to choose from. The sandwiches are also delicious. My expectations were not high, but I was pleasantly surprised. Well done! Good for a very casual meal, but not on the diet!"

"Took my family out for wings, cause sometimes the cook needs a day off. Wings are a lot of work, so I don't mind the prices of them. That being said... I will not be ordering a sandwich from there again. The wings are almost always awesome. I thought I would try something new. It was a terrible idea. The bun was really good. The chicken and slaw were very very bland and disappointing. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is not really hot and being a southern lady. Nashville should be mad. It was very dry and really sad. I will go back for wings but probably won't try any other entrée. Our server was awesome and sweet."

"Not sure what's going on. Parking empty on Friday night. Are they still open?... 1. Visit in a really long time and we just ordered a beer, no food here! 2 times the same, no one there, maybe 5 people. Bartender didn't recognize us, went through and looked like she hated the world. Never said I'm with you a few times. When a waitress came, she was very nice, fast and polite. We ordered food and it was good, no problems. If it wasn't for them, we would have gone. I loved this place, and sad to see that it will go downhill so ask if it will be about the long... 1 bad experience, next visit great waitress, but took awile to see a, eating okay, miss the professionalism and the customers!"

"We ordered the 20 boneless and 20 traditional wings bundle with fries. Bone in wings were perfect and covered in BBQ Sauce. Boneless wings came spotty covered in about a tablespoon of BBQ sauce for all 20 wings! Thank goodness we had the same sauce here at home. Not impressed with Honey BBQ SAUCED boneless wings coming 90% DRY with no sauce. Your Quality Control person needs to step it up! Make sure to order yourself extra ranch because the tiny souffle cups have about a tablespoon and a half of ranch in them. Would we order again? Yes, I always give 2nd chances. This was our 1st experience with this place. BUT, we would ask for extra BBQ Sauce on the side if possible because it definitely was not on the boneless wings! "Big Herb and his queen rolled in this joint for the first time last weekend. We both ordered burgers and they were absolutely amazing! Service and atmosphere were great. Today we came back here. Server was Jennie, 04/24/2022, 11:35, Table 210/1. Mayne let me tell you the service was on site! Jennie did a great job and had a great personality. The queen had a burger. I chose chicken pliers with one side of Carolina Reaper sauce to warm up to the burning challenge. I finished my cup sauce and all fixes. Mozzarella sticks were great. Great Herb loves the heat and this sauce has not disappointed. I recommend a towel if you decide to blur the reapers! That was a full moment of success. Next visit, I will do the burning challenge."

"Had Emily as my bartender/server and was promptly taken care of. My friend that was with me is highly allergic to chicken and she made sure that the food he got was not tainted by chicken. Our drinks stayed full and food was put in a timely manner. The food does take awhile but that’s because it is made fresh! Fried pickles were amazing! If you have time to wait for fresh food I highly recommend giving BWW a try especially since they are working hard to make everything better."

"Service wasn?t good. Server got me water then left the bar and never came back. Manager took my order and said it would be right out. There?s 2 tables and a few people at the bar and the order took forever just to come out. All the workers and servers were walking out the kitchen with there food to go home with and bar food was taking forever. I walked into the kitchen and told the manager don?t worry about it. Workers shouldn?t be getting there food before customers especially when there about to close."

"family and I came here last night, and my nachos were so salty that it was as if I licked a salt skirt. they went to everything else, but the salt, but my inherited was very good. our waitress closed our ticket before she redeemed the points and she asked according to another employee on a zigarette. She did not listen when we asked her what she recommended, but she explained what the differences were. my child loves wing, but hasn't even touched his who says a lot. Last time I was here, I was just a teenager and they weren't so bad. after the last night it will take until I have eaten again at this place. definitiw is not worth the price we have paid overall."

"I put a mobile order in at 11:15am for a chicken wrap and fries. Estimated time for pickup was 11:50am!!!! When I arrived there was 2 families in the entire place and it still took them until 11:50 to handle me my food! When I began to eat my food the fries were cold the chicken in my wrap was cold, extremely dry, no mild sauce and well over cooked! I have no problem with waiting for my food until the Estimated time BUT if I'm physically in your building and waiting for my food and I get COLD food then someone needs to re-evaluate how to handle people's orders! I can say that I did appreciate the 2 staff checking on me to ensure someone had taken care of me. Other than that I can't say it was a pleasant experience."

"We often visited this place. I'm going to the Southern Chicken Sandwich. It's perfect every time. My husband got the dozen wings and wanted more, it was fantastic. Our drinks, a design beer and a Long Island were great and the bartender who was also our waiter was fun, personal and treated us great. We always go for independent foods via chains with limited exceptions, and this is one of these exceptions. Always a great meal!"
