"I have ordered from here multiple times and had a very pleasant experience. I ordered a pick up order today and was met by an extremely rude employee at the deli counter. I was sent a notification that my order was ready for pick up but it was not in thepick up area. I saw my order behind the counter. After waiting for someone at the deli for 10min and no one acknowledging me Iasked one of the employees if they could hand me my order. He replied that I would be told when my order was ready, andeveryone was being impatient. Then proceeded to get the food and put it in the pick up area instead of handing it to me. Therewas no reason for his attitude as I was extremely pleasant when I asked him if he could hand me my order."

"This food is DISGUSTING. The omelets were burnt and made with that nasty cheese steak meat. It was just gross. I'm now cooking breakfast because they apparently don't know how to cook."
