"I am taking this seriously. I called the restaurant twice tonight. The first time, I called to place an order but there was no answer. When I called a second time, I heard a lady pick up the phone and she answered, "Pho Lena, how can I help you?" I stated that I would like to place an order and the lady was very rude to me, saying that they were only open for 14 more minutes. I told her that she did not have to be rude and I would hang up. The restaurant's hours state that they are open until 9:00, so they should take my order until exactly that time, regardless of how close it is to closing. My experience was not pleasant and whoever I spoke to needs to learn about providing better customer service."
