"This place has really went downhill. Throughout the last 6-12 months I have had wings with increased fat, less sauce and flavor, increased wait times and staff that quite frankly, does not care about the customers. The last 3-4 times I have picked up an order, several employees (4-5) were sitting there talking while several people continue to wait in line. I realize it may be hard to find good employees, but someone has got to be there in management to keep things in order or you are not going to last. When you started started, I absolutely loved you guys. Trends come and go...there will be another establishment to take your place. I have a pretty high tolerance and pay good money for food service every week. You may not even care, but you have lost a customer. Wish the best.."
