"I’ve been ordering from this place for more than 10 years, but their service and quality of food has gone down tremendously. First, the woman at the counter has an attitude. It’s like she’s tired of people coming in and have to take orders. Also, the the fried rice tasted funny after a few hours, like it was sticky (starchy). This has happened twice already over the years. Lastly, I ordered 3 lunch specials online. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes more when I arrived for pick-up, they didn’t give my 3rd lunch order. I didn’t even bother going back to make a scene. Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible business. I won’t be surprised if this restaurant permanently closes. It’s so dirty and cluttered inside. I’m sad to say that I’ll never come back to this place again."
