"I can get particular about my sushi. There are places I like and places I'll never go again. Minzu Sushi definitely has my business! Great sushi at great prices. The fish is very fresh and they tailored the rolls to my liking; I loathe cucumber and they left it out for me! I'll be returning to Minzu frequently!"

"I drive from oviedo to daytona to eat here as once in the month. my favorite place for sushi and everyone I bring here will also be their favorite. the personal is a baptism like college children, but they are all so beautiful and well designed when interacting with customers. really cooler place to have a good all they sushi at night with friends and fam. quality eat too."
