"I've never been so disheartened with a restaurant. We used to love you guys. I knew better than to order online, but I was going to call to make sure the order came through. Based on the hours on the website 1030-1030, I called at 11 and was told call backat noon since they don't open until noon on Wednesday. After calling at noon, I was hung up on. I tried again and went tovoicemail. I now don't have lunch and don't even have time to get from somewhere else. Last time ordering from Hop Wong ever.Good luck."
