"I posted an online order by repaso at 10:22 on Saturday. they were listed as open until 11:00, the online order system was still open. no confirmation came, so I called bonoful to confirm. the man who picked up said they were closed. he wouldn't tell me how I could get my money back, how repaso sent me to the voicemail. he told me I was watching her hours to see that they were closed. what I did, and it says they are open until 11. I am from $40 because bonoful does not update their online ordering system or business times, and has no intention to be any kind of helpful or friendly."
