"Can’t say enough good things about this place and about Chris (owner I believe). The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD good (I had the ribeye, wife had the flounder). We kept eating even though we were full. Wife got a mocktail, off menu, made on the fly,that was the best she’d ever gotten. The service was outstanding. Tried this place for date night based off OpenTable reviews,and they were above and beyond what we were expecting. It was high end steakhouse quality, delivered in a beautiful ambience,casual/not stuffy, and at a wallet friendly price. 10/10 recommend. Will most definitely be coming back. FYI it holds its ownwith Steak 48, 3 forks, Morton’s, Del Frisco, Papas, etc."

"the first time in the opposite and had a phenomenal evening meal that surpassed all my expectations, although a friend recommended it. from the best brussel sprouts I've ever had (wanted to swim in the sauce) to the delicious Mongolian salmon salad (can't stop it until I had forced myself to stop before I exploded) to the perfect end with her ridiculous crème brûlée? (can't go without trying). only an amazing meal from beginning to end, and this is rare to find these days. can not wait to be back and try other things on the menu. also our server was amazing, I wish I remembered their names (dark haare, pony dick). a great server as it simply improves the whole experience"

"The restaurant week menu at this establishment is absolutely incredible and offers amazing value! The quality of the food is top-notch and the portion sizes are generous. We had the opportunity to try everything on the special menu and loved every bite. The she crab soup is a must-try, but be sure to upgrade to a full bowl because a cup simply isn't enough of this delicious treat. Order the large bowl of soup and enjoy dipping bread into it to truly savor the flavors. Delicious!"

"Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this restaurant. We were very disappointed with the food, service, prices, etc. It was a terrible experience. The chicken strips my granddaughters ordered tasted like fish, which was unpleasant. The Margarita I ordered had orange liqueur in it, which is not a traditional ingredient. The steaks were low quality cuts and not prepared properly. The prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. I give it a rating of 2 stars."

"Blue Canyon has a great menu featuring standards and specialty items, all deliciously prepared and nicely presented. We didn't have wine this time, but Blue Canyon has a very good wine list. I did had a specialty cocktail myself, which was terrific. My companion had a margarita, which she enjoyed. The server was very pleasant, but it seemed that she was unable able to find our reservation, booked through you. She also forgot to bring an appetizer we ordered. Other than that, her service was excellent, and, as I say, she was extremely pleasant. We had a very good time, found the food scrumptious and the atmosphere perfect for a quiet birthday dinner."

We were only given 4 menu options to choose from and I believe I was overcharged for more people than we actually had. The owner did not provide me with an itemized bill or a receipt, and I had to calculate the charges myself to realize how much I was overcharged. Be cautious about your expenses if you decide to eat here!"
