"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a side of ranch. The bill seemed high and I noticed a $10 charge, which turned out to be because Laronda added a side of potatoes to my order without my consent. When I reached the drive-thru window, I explained that I hadn’t ordered the potatoes and only wanted the ranch. The young woman at the window insisted I was mistaken and claimed she heard the order correctly. I've never encountered such disrespectful service; being told I'm wrong in such a rude manner was uncalled for. If she doesn’t learn how to handle customers better, I can only imagine what her future holds. On a previous visit, I had to wait for my food, and the manager had already received complaints about the staff being rude and unbearable. Clearly, there’s a lack of proper management here, as the staff seemed to find my situation amusing. It’s evident they don’t care about their customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
