"I ordered 8 dozen donuts on the Lamars website 5 days before an event I coordinated. I wanted to pick her up for the event next morning on Friday. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was informed by Jason that the order was canceled. Apparently they have an agreement with DoorDash, which gives the restaurant a 10-minute notice for orders. Since it was close to the end, they did not have enough donuts to fulfill my order. Word to the wise, call them directly if you need to give up a mass order. Jason was outraged and assured me that they would have the order at any time if I needed it the next morning. The order was finished, and he even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I love working with people/organisations who will recognize a mistake and take care of their customers. What could have been a one-star rating is now a 5-star star star star because of this simple gesture. Thank you. Jason!"
