"I spent $30 on a filet and asked for medium well with shrimp- it came out with no shrimp and still very red. I had to ask again for the shrimp and they finally arrived about 10 mins later. My husband asked for medium on his ribeye and it was well done. My drink was empty from halfway through dinner until we left, and after I showed the voucher we waited at least 15 mins for the check after asking for it and then I had to go up front and ask what the hold up was. Mind you the restaurant is practically empty so it’s not like everyone was busy. Needless to say I spent $100 on a dinner for 2 and it was terrible. We use to visit a location in Northern California and really enjoyed dining there, so that is why we chose to come to your restaurant for our anniversary dinner, so this was a huge disappointment."
