"Our steaks were ordered medium well, and they came out medium rare. We asked to have them cooked longer and our waitress obliged. When a different staff member dropped them off, the steaks were still medium rare. We spoke to the manager about our disappointment and all she said was, sorry and provided us with a drink coupon (only good for the next visit)."
