"The staff did not have the courtesy to replace a $12 order. The female manager was rude and strange. They made a mistake with my order even though I had clearly requested my steak well done. They also forgot some of my dipping sauces. I was unable to call them immediately as I had traveled to Pahrump after eating and had poor reception. I explained all of this to them, but they still refused to replace my food. I even suggested they check the security footage as I had paid with a card. However, they declined to do so."

"originally we made a delivery order for 4 people and the order was completely wrong. I made a call and spoke to the lady manager and she made the order perfect, upped the drinks sizes and redelivered the order that the second time around. it is not how to work, but how to bounce back from a problem that defines its restaurant and fix it properly."
