"I love TOGO’s!! I have a favorite sandwich I get and my special way of having it made! I love the quality and taste of their food! Buttttt this location is very very disappointing!! It’s has not only been once but honestly about 6-8 times I have had issues with this location. In person or for delivery. They are ALWAYS out of things!! I’ve had many orders cancelled because they don’t have what I’m asking for. I love the broccoli cheddar soup but they seem to always have none made and then end up saying they have none in the back. Their drink machine is always out of options and again no refills in the back. I’ve been told as well that the “manager only had the key to the drink machine and they were not in the store”. I’ve been there before in person waiting over 15 minutes to be helped because they had 1 poor employee doing both the ice cream and the sandwiches alone with multiple customers waiting, when there was a manager clearly there counting money and another worker doing things in the back! No one acknowledged us customers waiting nor tried to help the 1 employee doing all the work. I hope this location improves their customer service and stock management because it is right near my home and business."

"Togos always good for a #9 Hot pastrami..Sanwhich was excellent.Staff could use some help in order processing. There were two of us waiting and as the staff spent time talking to us and training a new employee, they finished our sandwiches handed em off to each other but were also doing a large phone in order. As we noticed our sandwiches were done and paid for we stood there and finally had to ask if those were ours..they apologized but 4 employees and 2 inside customers it took about 20 minutes..so they could improve there but friendly staff otherwise"

"#9 Hot Pastrami was pretty good. Should have ordered with sauerkraut more flavor. Not a fan of #37 Brewpub Chicken. The broccoli soup was not that great. Had a bitter after taste and too much salt. Farmers Market Salad was very good ."

"Did takeout of a wrap plus a cold roast beef sandwich. Wrap was fine according to my wife. First bite of the sandwich was.... odd. After a second bite I figured out that the roast beef seemed to have a lot of chewy gristle. The taste was ok enough but having to chew through each bite put me off. I will call this strike one and maybe strike two and see in the future how things go. I 've had this sandwich maybe 5-10 times in the last past, and this was the 'worst ' one yet. Short leash... one more like this will likely be the last time we come back to Togo 's for a takeout meal."

"Update: The manager called me the next day to apologize and offered to refund my money and remake my order. I do not recommend ordering takeout from this restaurant because they consistently get orders wrong and the staff is unwilling to correct mistakes. They initially refused to refund me for the incorrect order."

"the service was terrible, the young man couldn't take my order, then I wanted a refund, but they couldn't do that, so I just said to make the sandwich and they still messed it up and forget my cheese that I paid and didn't get, and I gave them a tip before they screwed the sandwich that I won't go back there, doing very bad service."

"I've been seeing TV commercials for Togo's french dip sandwiches. They look great, so I ordered a pastrami one. It's huge you'd better be hungry if you order one! Very good, though. Next time I'll try the roast beef and try to get a half size one!"

"I've been here before, actually a few times the last couple weeks so don't want to give it low stars and I absolutely love TOGO's but..... yesterday after getting a sandwich and taking it home,.... after eating half of it I took out the second half and took a couple bites out of it and had something in my mouth and pulled out a black hair from the guy that made it which grossed me out and I had to throw it away. Now I'm hesitant to want to go there again. So nasty,....blah!"

"Togo's used to be great, but the last 3-5 years the quality quantity of the meats has diminished and the prices have increased (like everything else has). My go to was the #9 with Avo, but the last time I got it the pastrami was tough and way too fatty. Not good at all."

"I have been dining at Togos since I was a child. The sandwiches are still tasty, but the shop locations have all the signs of a chain restaurant. The quaint little house that used to house the Togo's shop in Campbell is no more. I highly recommend the #7 Hot Roast Beef, #9 Hot Pastrami, #21 California Veggie, and #24 Turkey Avocado sandwiches."

"Had to order food from another place. My Asian Chicken Wrap was 99% shredded lettuce stuffed in a tortilla that fell apart the second I touched it. Ive ordered this before and even when mistakes were made it was still pretty good, but this was something else."

"I usually only get the Pastrami sandwich. It is sooo good. It's the mon special. The turkey avocado is good also. Or I get the mini pastrami, asian salad combo. That salad is so delicious. For some reason tho, I don't get the points I should be getting at the Vallejo shop. I don't know if it's an older machine or if she doesn't know how to add the points to my phone number."

"I believe that this restaurant has the best sandwiches in the city. I can't really compare it to Erik's because it's a different kind of sandwich shop, but they are both excellent. Togo's also offers reasonable prices and I appreciate their soda machine with many options. The service here is consistently great, with friendly staff who joke with customers, showing they enjoy their jobs. My go-to order is the turkey and avocado sandwich with added paprika!"

"This place has been here since at least the early 90's. Nice and updated now. Cashier-less kiosks regular cashier. Always clean. Very fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Only complaint is about restrictions due to CV-19. I'm sure I would have no complaints if CV-19 didn't ruin the way we live in 2020."

"ohhhh no what happens togo sick they taste a modest location, but sadly this on my sand no cheese that I was charged $18.00 for a sand that with only a tiny cup meat never again I made my own sandwiches to house, this was quite polite and nice, but the interior of the building was very dirty tables were not clean dishes and other rapper on the floor"

"Hot ham and cheese was so soggy you coudnt even eat it without it dripping all over it was way too much mustard and mayo on there. The bread was drenched. My turkey and cheese was made with barely any turkey . Very dissapointing. I used to love this Togos but this is the second time ive gotten below standard sandw and meal and I AM NOT one to write a rev but I feel I had too since my favorite sandwich place has gone drastically down hill. Hoping they make a comeback ."
