"We were pleasantly surprised by this Japanese tapas shop in Brewster. Actually, we didn't have too high expectations. We were just looking for some sushi and it was cold outside. Oh, my God, we've been through the trouble that made the chefs. Many fresh fish presented themselves in an artistic and chic way. They definitely go for a certain degree of Fusion Tapas Bar and we have a bottle of expensive will. Not cheap. But in any case we had a great time. I guess similar presentation can be much more expensive in Manhattan and some of the efforts of the non-mainstream cook have rough edges. But that was definitely a 5-star experience. We're coming back."
